The QUANTM i80, a 1 1/2 in. (38.1 mm) Graco electric operated double diaphragm (EODD) pump, features a lightweight, compact design. It reduces energy use, lowers manufacturing costs by up to 50% and supports sustainability goals. Its cost-saving efficiency allows it to pay for itself within 12 months.
With a 300 litres per minute (80 gpm) flow rate, and the powerful new XT electric motor and drive delivering up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors, the i80 can handle most fluid transfer jobs to be the efficient workhorse you need on your production lines. Its plug-and-play design fits any 240V or 380V/480V outlets, allowing you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure rework.
- Wide operating range & materials compatibility
- Handles abrasives, solids, aggressive chemicals, and shear-sensitive materials
- High efficiency
- Up to 80% more efficient than AODD and 50% more efficient than competitive electric technologies, displacing fossil fuel, hydraulics, and air power
- Xtreme torque motor technology
- The unique high-torque density design displaces gears, belts, and chains to minimise weight/size and replaces a copper “rat’s nest” with a simple, low-resistance circular coil and steel stator to drive efficiencies and reduce maintenance complexity
- Compact Design
- Similar in size to existing AODD pumps, with a reduced footprint due to the removal of the gearbox.
- Lower maintenance
- The self-priming and seal-less design minimises maintenance and spare parts costs.
- Unique stall feature
- The only electric diaphragm pump that stalls under pressure, eliminating the need for pressure sensors and additional controllers, reducing downtime caused by clogged lines or closed valves
- Automation ready
- The I/O port enables integration with plant PLC for remote and hands-free management
- Safety improvements
- A 23% dBa noise reduction and reduced risk of airborne contaminants
