Pneumatic bulk unloader efficiently evacuates 300 gallon (1200 liter) magna drums or tote drums, supplying one-component, medium to high viscosity adhesive and sealant to industrial and automotive applications.
Bulk supply system works well when spraying underbody material and applying sealing beads to car and truck bodies.
- XL 10000™ air motor has a modular design for easy maintenance
- XL motor air valves help eliminate ice-induced stalling
- Left handed pneumatic control minimizes changeover time in a tandem setup. As the drum on one side is being filled, the drum on the other side supplies the material.
- Platen wipers can be replaced in seconds
- Pump's quick-disconnect coupler, turnbuckle mount and pump cartridge packings let you service the pump without removing it from the ram
