Graco's SaniForce 515 1/2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump provides a hygienic solution for customers needing a pump with lower flow rates up to 16 gpm. It offers a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
Ideal for food processing and personal care markets. Common applications include high volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging of fluids from the original container to smaller receptacles. Suitable to pump products like flavorings, purees, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials up to 5,000 cps.
- 1/2 inch Sanitary pump with flow rates up to 16 gpm (61 lpm) and pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar)
- Seal-less diaphragm pump design eliminates leaking and failures due to run-dry pump conditions
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure preventing pump failures from clogged lines or closed valves
- Externally serviceable air valves deliver leading efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Quickly unload drums with the drum-mount suction kit: Graco part number #262828
- Features DIN inlet and outlet connections
- Pass solids up to 0.093 in. (2.4 mm)
