Features
Product Brochure
The conventional air spray gun produces stellar results on an automated paint line or in a robotic spray booth.
The automatic air spray gun brings all-star performance to many industrial finishing applications, including automotive, industrial metal and plastic components, wood products and architectural structures.
- Conventional is the most widely used air spray method, producing Class A, automotive finish quality.
- The air brush air cap delivers a round spray pattern ideal for precise, small surface area spraying. The ability to control pattern size reduces overspray.
- The precise fluid flow control click knob with a true zero set point ensures accurate paint thicknesses.
- The patented spray pattern alignment and pathing tool ensures accurate and repeatable spray angle. It is easily attached and detached from the gun to keep production moving.
- The one piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime.
- The direct stainless steel fluid path cuts the amount of solvent needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
