How to Check Your EcoQuip When it is Not Working
Follow along to see what you need to check on your EcoQuip when it is not working properly.
What you need to check on your EcoQuip
1. Check to see if the supply air is turned on. Check the supply-air pressure gauge reading. It should register above 90 psi (6.2 bar). If not, confirm that compressor "RUN" mode button or switch has been activated and that the gate valve is in the open position.
2. Is the E-Stop de-activated? Check the e-stop to confirm that it is in the pulled out position.
3. Is the regulators turned off? Check the blast pressure regulator and the pot pressure regulator and confirm that they are NOT in the fully counter-clockwise position.
4. Is the Blast Control Switch not properly hooked up? (Pneumatic Blast Control Switch) Check that the Blast Control Switch twin-line hose is properly connected at the panel.
(Electric Blast Control Switch) Check that the Blast Control Switch's electric cords are properly hooked up and that the 12V DC cable is connected at the panel and has a 12V DC source.
