Maintenance Schedule

Flush the system.
Perform pressure relief procedure.
Clean the hopper with a scrub pad.
- Clean the outside of the sprayer with a cloth and water.
Check pump for wear and damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary.
Check seals for wear and damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary.
Check hoses for wear and damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary.
Check couplings for wear and damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary.
Check cables for wear and damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary.
Grease seals daily via the grease fitting located on the motor flange.
- Use water resistant, corrosion inhibited grease.
