Graco Develops First Air Spray Guns Certified for Ergonomic Performance
Stellair™ and Stellair ACE Reduce Fatigue Potential and Improve Productivity for Industrial Painters
MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 16, 2024) –Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, introduces Stellair ACE and Stellair™, the only industrial air spray guns to achieve Ergonomics Performance Certification. Advanced testing by United States Ergonomics proves that the manual pressure feed sprayers reduce fatigue potential, increasing productivity for industrial painters.
“Painting is really hard work,” said Peter Linder, vice president of North America sales and global product management for Graco’s Industrial Division. He is among the executives who worked a shift in a factory paint spray booth to better understand the needs of industrial painters.
Stellair™ air spray guns provide industrial painters with the ergonomics, performance, and serviceability they need to enjoy and excel at their jobs. The manual pressure feed guns are available in high volume low pressure (HVLP), conventional, and compliant technologies.
Stellair ACE lightens the load for industrial painters with all-star ergonomics. Thanks to its unique carbon reinforced construction, the air spray gun weighs only 209 grams (7.4 ounces) – making it up to 50 percent lighter than almost any other manual pressure feed sprayer.
