Reporting a Violation

Any suspected violation of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or of any applicable law, will be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action taken. This includes reporting complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters.

Reports will be taken from any person, whether or not a Graco employee. You may remain anonymous if you wish (where anonymous reporting is permitted by law). All reports of suspected violations will be thoroughly investigated; you will receive a response if possible and appropriate. There will be no reprisals against any employee reporting a violation or suspected violation in good faith. If you know of, or suspect, a violation of Graco's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or a violation of any law or auditing matters, you should report the issue.
