Fixed Posi-Ratio® (PR) meter, mix and dispense retains extreme (-X) control, producing precision and repeatability with every bead, dot and pattern. Standard and custom configurations allow for flexibility in raw material supply and delivery.
Apply two component sealants and adhesives for bonding, gasketing, metering, potting, sealing and thermal management.
- Supply pump feed works well for high-throughput dispensing of raw material. Pumps remotely supplied material from container sizes, ranging from cartridge to drum.
- Direct mounted dispense valve handles highly filled and high viscosity materials. Since the PR-X is mounted onto current factory automation equipment, it requires little or no extra floor space.
- Customised configurations can include a cartridge feed and/or remote mounted dispense valve. The cartridge feed option works well for micro-dispensing. The remote mount option lessens automation payload requirements.
